Concealer for dry wrinkled undereyes

Question

No matter how much I hydrate or apply in layers, concealer doesn't sit well under my eyes. I have tried the MAC creamy one, Nars creamy concealer and Maybelline fit me. 
It looks flakey. If I bake I looks even drier and when I don't it doesn't last long. What am I doing wrong?
Any other suggestions that aren't too expensive

I love this concealer. It looks super natural on the skin. I normally don’t wear concealer because I rather use my foundation in that area, but I do like this concealer. Also your photo quality is bomb

I actually have the same issues and I have really dark circles and am looking into getting fillers under my eyes. This is something that makes me really uncomfortable I wear make up to cover them but I will go to stores and I swear people always seem to think I am like a druggy person which mothers me sometimes.

I have the same problem, it’s best to keep your skin hydrated with moisturizer not just before makeup. Morning and night i cleanse my face and apply moisturizer, when i feel like it’s absorbed then i apply makeup. 
I currently use SLMD skin care line. Works well for me. In the winter months i apply the hyaluronic acid oil on my under eyes before bed.
If your looking for an economical route good ole vaseline on your under eyes at night before bed works too!
