Low progesterone and slow hcg

Ladies, I need some hope, prayers, outlook, anything at this point. We have been TTC for 15 months. Finally found out we got our miracle on 6/23. My fiance immediately named her Elizabeth Rose upon awakening from a dream that God showed him a baby girl. LMP 5/18 and have no clue when I ovulated. First beta was 589 Thursday, second is 629 Saturday. I found out my progesterone is 6.69 due to a scare after intercourse and light pink discharge. Had we not had sex, I would have never known my progesterone was so low. Dr. Prescribed 200mg of Prometrium daily. I had another beta today but not sure of the results. Other than sore breasts, a cramp every few hours and milky discharge I don't feel anything. I am praying to God that this turns around. I have cried my eyes out and to make it worse, I'm on complete bedrest. I'm also in the process of moving 500 miles away for a job at a children's hospital. Needless to say I'm a stressed Momma and need some positivity. Help. 😭🌹🌻🌈🤰
