Lactation/sore boobs on mini pill?

I’ve been on the mini pill for about 3 months - taking almost perfectly within 15 minutes every time. Lately I’ve had really sore boobs and random lactation, only a few drops or so but still. I’ve also had random bleeding more days than not the past few months up until last week. My periods were normal before that so I went to the dr last week and they did a pregnancy test - negative. I’ve been on the mini pill and regular pill and more a before and no side effects even close to these any of those times.

Anyone have these experiences? Thoughts? I also have an 18mo old but we stopped breastfeeding around 3mos because I have the condition where I don’t produce more than a very very small amount even right after birth. TIA 🙂
