Toilet paper yuck

Does anyone else have an issue with tp getting stuck all the time allllll over down there and in the folds? 🙈 what do you do to keep yourselves clean and free of utis and the little bits that tend to always be there? Im so fed up with it getting all up in there i dont feel attractive at all. Im about to kick tp out and use a washcloth from now on. 😣 also the ingrown hairs every time i shave... how to fix?
