Bladder Control

Hey!

So i am sorry if i posted this in the wrong group but wasn’t sure!

Anyway; I am 18 years old and i have one of the worst bladders. Before people assume I am not pregnant, and I do not have an infection. It’s usually before my period and on my period but lately i can not hold my bladder! I won’t get the little urge like it’s building but i will get a rapid urge where i cannot move without peeing myself. It’s really embarrassing as i have to start wearing diapers or heavy pads as i will pee myself where i am. Help!! is there anything i can do to help this??
