TW (r*pe) Should there be a statute of limitations on rape?
Should there be a statute of limitations on rape? Say a rape kit from 20 years ago is synced with a person recently charged but the SoL is 18 years... should they still face punishment?
I was listening to NPR about this and it blew my mind people who admitted to horrific rapes were never getting charged because of this...
