It just looks like a red spot. I wouldn't personally go to the dr over that.

Keep an eye on it and see if it changes over the next few days, or if you get other symptoms (like feeling sick or a rash). I wouldn’t go to the doctor just yet because it may just be a bite.

I had a red spot on my boob the other day looked kinda like this it went away after a day or two I would call your doctor unless it gets worse
