Previous high risk pregnancy

I think I’m pregnant but it’s too early to test(I have not missed my period yet) my last pregnancy ended with pre eclampsia and HELLP syndrome.. will I be considered high risk automatically based on my history? I’ve still struggled with a little bit of pre hypertension since having my daughter (I’ve been to 2 cardiologists and they won’t put me on anything for it because it fluctuates to low and pre hypertension) I’m worried that if I am pregnant that things will be bad much quicker this go around. Anyone else have this history and have a normal pregnancy?
