Hey ladies I was wondering can I eat a tuna sandwich while pregnant, I love tuna sandwiches but idk if its safe to eat cause I know tuna is High in mercury, so please help me out?

My OB says yes if it s the light tuna- 2 times per week but I know that s included in the 2 servings of fish per week.The white is too high in mercury .I know I read 'no ' on the web but I ve received WIC w other pregnancies n had the darker tuna on the list of approved foods
