What do you guys do if you get a UTI, I don’t want to go to the doctor because of everything going on with COVID. But I don’t really know what else to do.

You're going to need to see a doctor for antibiotics. Leaving it untreated for to long can cause it to spread to you kidneys. Some doctors are doing phone or videos appointments.
