Can animals detect pregnancy?!

Okay, so this is somewhat a joke, but I'm also just curious.

Did anyone notice a difference in their animals behavior shortly before finding out you were pregnant? I'm definitely not asking anyone to confirm if I could be pregnant, there are tests for that. 😂

I have 3 pets, 2 cats and a dog. One of my cats is completely antisocial and will only come around us once every 6 months to a year. She is an indoor cat, very well taken care of and we try to give her as much attention as she will allow, but she prefers to be left alone.

In the last 2 days she has been glued to me, not even caring if the dog is nearby (she HATES the dog). I also happen to be 2 days late for my period. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled to get to love on her, but this is extremely abnormal for her. The other 2 animals have also been clingy, but that's not unusual. I just feel like freaking Snow White right now.
