Brown discharge with cramping

So I’m 5 weeks and 3 days along. I’m having some mild cramping and a little brownish discharge but only when I wipe. I know the only sure way to know is to talk to my doctor but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and everything turned out fine. This is my first pregnancy so I don’t know what’s “normal” and what I should be concerned about. I’m naturally anxious so it’s gotten even worse with pregnancy 😅
