Fitness Journey|Month 4 The Plateau

This is the 4th month of working out consistently however....I was less consistent this month. During the 1st week there was alot going on, my birthday, family member coming to visit and so I skipped a week of working out. BiG mistake! After that I really struggled to get back into the routine of working out 6 days a week. The blogilates calendar was back to normal and I thought, great-ill get back into it.

I missed days, there were days where I'd do part of a video and then skip to the next, or I'd only do 2/4 videos from the list. Really not that great. I'm still eating healthy with the occasional treat so that's good. Based on the pictures I dont see much of a difference except in my butt alittle. Hopefully July-august, my 5th month should be better
