infected navel?

so i got my navel pierced about 2-3 weeks ago. i take perfect care of it and clean it twice a day with saline solution my piercer gave me. i thought it was healing fine but now it looks really red and a bit irritated. i’m scared my body is rejecting it or it’s infected. The skin is growing around it so it’s hard to push the piercing to clean it. if i put medium pressure it hurts. it’s not warm so i dont know if its infected. also, i was cleaning it yesterday and found some yellow/ green stuff. im not sure if it was discharge, crust, or pus. I overthink things and tend to freak out haha, please helpp
