Want to lose 30 pounds in ~4 months --motivation advice?
Losing weight is sooo hard... I lost 30 pounds before but gained it all back thanks to developing an eating disorder. Yay.
Well.. I'm much healthier now (mentally) when it comes to an ED but now I want to get back down to a healthy, comfortable weight which is 30 pounds less. I've been making lifestyle changes since January but haven't lost an actual weight.. I'm aiming to lose 30 pounds by the end of October and it is just so difficult to stick to but I'm fighting hard.
I do NOT want to start another year with a resolution to lose weight.
Any tips to stay motivated and on track when it's getting difficult?
