What is this?

So I’m currently 36+5 and baby girl is very low and has been for the past 2 weeks. I’m a FTM and for the whole of today baby has been pushing down very hard and it feels like she’s squashing the sack (like a balloon being squashed) the harder she pushes the more painful it is. I have also been leaking a lot of fluid/ wee - more than usual. Has anyone else experienced this or could tell me what this means? She’s so low it feels like her head is poking out lol - wouldn’t mind if she wanted to make an early appearance 👶🏼💞
