Feeling discouraged..
I know this is going to take months and honestly Years. Here’s alittle if my story. I have lost 28 pounds. After I lost that I decided I anted you start weight training. I love feeling strong and I want to be lean and fit. The scale is useless to me right now. Muscle weighs more than fat. I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week and weight training. I’ve taking measurements instead for using the scale. I’ve been tracking my macros on point. I’ve been doing really good. I’ve only been weight training for 2 weeks. I do have another 20 pounds of fat that I need to lose. I took my measurements today and my stomach has not gone down at all not even a cm. On the flip side..my Butt and thighs have grown 1 INCH!!! Which that’s very exciting. But I need my stomach to go down
