Weight loss

So Today I’m starting my Journey to a healthier me. I have been on keto for a while now and went from 250 to 202. Which is great but I keep falling off the wagon, and I decided that enough is enough and I need to quit the starting and stopping. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to track my dieting and exercising? Apps, planners or journaling tips that help? I would appreciate it 😁
