4th of July dinner?

What did everyone have for dinner for the 4th? Since we're staying home and keeping away from others, we went simple and grilled some hotdogs and had chips.

My husband made us steak and zucchini on the grill. It was delicious! 😍

My in laws smoked a pig and we were going to go until I found out there were 30+ people going. F THAT! So we made pork tenderloins, pasta salad, veggie kabobs and peach pie & ice cream for dessert!

We had bought a turkey a couple weeks ago because they were on sale so we decided to fry it today. We had fried turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, corn and green bean casserole. Lol it was like thanksgiving here with all the food we had.

Pigs in a blanket. Then we made s’mores for dessert.

Grilled pork chops, sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts wrapped in bacon. After dinner we watched a movie and that was our 4th of July

We had burgers and hot dogs, pasta salad, baked mac n cheese and some stuffed mushrooms.

For lunch we had food from a drive in style eatery. It’s my favorite place to eat and only open in the summer. I had popcorn chicken, fries, homemade root beer, and a twist cone. I was still full at dinner time, so I had some water and Fritos.
