Anybody ever get a late bfp?

I’m 5 days late for my period. Not testing till I’m a week late obviously due to having PCOS. I’ve read articles that SOME girls won’t even get HPTs to work for them and that they have to go get a ultrasound done to even find out. Anybody experienced or get a late bfp?
