I’m lost

So I was recently in a car accident. I was nailed from behind. It was pretty bad.

Now here’s the thing. My spouse and I had a LOT of sex during my ovulation time.

I had a few symptoms. My breasts seemed larger. My nipples were super dark. And my Areolas were quite Large. All symptoms I had with previous pregnancies.

Anyways about 3 days after the car accident (5 days before my period was due) I started bleeding. It was very heavy. And became super painful in my pelvis and wrapped around my lower back. I could push on my pelvis area and could feel the blood poor out. Had some clots as well.

Is it possible I was having a miscarriage? Is there any way to know if I WAS pregnant?

I’m on day 4 of bleeding now.
