YouTube Premium HELP!

I have a ultrasound video that I need to download off YouTube. It said to subscribe to premium so I did, hit the DL option but it only saved to my YouTube account and I want to save it to my phone! Is there a way to do this??? Need to save it before its deleted. Please Help!
