OHSS - anyone with experience?

I posted this in the first time IVF group as well- sorry if you’re seeing a repeat post! 
Anyone have any experience with OHSS? After 3 days of stimulation, my estradiol is 620. Should I be worried about developing OHSS? I was told I’m at risk due to thin stature and good number of eggs at baseline. I’m going back after 5 days of stimulation for repeat bloodwork and my first follicular ultrasound.
My doctor considered lowering my gonal dose but decided to keep me on the same dose until my follicular ultrasound after 5 days of stimulation. I’m starting cetrotide after 5 days of stimulation. I’m terrified of OHSS.

Im 7dp retrieval and haven’t had one symptom of OHSS thus far. I triggered with hcg and lupron. My estrogen was almost 2,000 at the time of retrieval.

I ended up with severe OHSS and being hospitalized for 4 days. It was super rough! I would recommend you drink a lot of fluids!! I really don’t know what I should’ve done differently to help but my stomach was full of fluid and I become severely dehydrated. Good luck!!

I had ohss with estrogen levels above 1000. They said it was moderate based on fluid in my pelvis (i didn’t have symptoms so I didn’t care lol). They decreased my hormone doses and my hormones rayed quite high and in the end they wanted to cancel the embryo transfer.. but we went through with it since I insisted and had no symptoms. Hope all goes well for you!

I had mild ohss and I new I was at risk a few days before retrieval. However, I didn’t actually feel that bad until a day or two after retrieval so at first I thought I was in the clear. 
I echo the other ladies with drink tons of Gatorade, salty foods, and my office said to drink a protein shake everyday so we got a pack of them from Costco. For me ohss was being extremely bloated and not being able to keep anything down (lots of throwing up) and so I was at risk for dehydration but also wasn’t keeping down the antibiotics or meds. My case didn’t end up being that severe though, ladies in our group have had to get their fluid drained and stuff so they can help with the more severe symptoms.

My estrogen was at least 3000. They started me on an oral Med to prevent ohss I was really bloated and had some serious low back pain but I was ok. I had to take a month off after that

I had mild OHSS and lasted about 1 week. First couple days were rough I was so bloated and basically couldn’t move much, after that little by little I started to walk and finally back to normal! Lots of salty food, electrolytes, and gatorades. Try to avoid water! There’s a chance it can increase I stimmed for 10 days and day 9 my numbers sky rocketed to 1,200 way too high
