I had an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube January 2019. I just got finished with my HSG procedure. Apparently my right tube is completely blocked and the doctor recommended me to have it removed to decrease the chances of having another ectopic. I’m a little upset with my obgyn because when I had my surgery he had my sign off that he was just going to remove the tube but then he ended up saving it. I always questioned if he should have removed it instead of saving it because “what if it was a bad tube”. Now I know 😞 The fertility doctor who did the HSG recommended me having the tube removed. I know i still have a chance of getting pregnant from my left side but the changes are decreased. We haven’t been able to conceive for probably around a years worth of time. Who has gone through this and gotten pregnant? How long did it take? I don’t want to have the tube removed unless I have another ectopic.
