Lochia or urine?

I'm 4 weeks postpartum today. My bleeding has pretty much stopped this week but for the past few days I've had cramping in my lower abdominal and get random gushes of stuff out on my underwear. When it comes out it's like a watery yellow discharge but doesnt smell like urine. Is this me leaking urine or still lochia? Just wondering If anyone has had this issue postpartum. I didnt have it with my last pregnancy.
