Since my childrens pediatric office is useless

So my babies are three weeks today and have had probably about 4 different formulas. This total comfort Similac bullshit is making my twins spit up MANY times a day, constipated, fussy, hard to burp, hungry an hour after they eat. The nurse said I was probably feeding them too much too fast. Which is bull. The doctor said 3 oz every 3 to 4 hours. That's exactly what we've done. And everytime I have time to call she's already gone. It took me 5 calls and voicemails to reach someone. I was wondering. What is the best formula, in your opinion, that doesn't cost out the ass. I mean I have two and my husband is the only one working so we can't really afford $200 a week just with formula and pay bills and diapers and wipes and getting the air fixed in the house and the sewer fixed. None of this is cheap. Babies aren't cheap I know this. I was just curious to see what worked for others and why you think it's the best. I can't stand to see them be so aggravated all the time. I just want them to be comfortable and full and not spit up and have hiccups 24 7. Thank you
