Regular coffee is fine during pregnancy too.
You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day. A medium regular coffee is around 200mg.
A regular decaf coffee is only 2mg of caffeine.

I had issues with low blood pressure which is extremely common.  The doctor told me to drink one cup of regular coffee every day.  It helped.
