Feeling things at 14 weeks? (2ND BABY)

I'm about 14 weeks with my second child (third pregnancy). And I swear we could see like little ripples across my belly earlier today. I maybe felt little flutters on the inside. 
Remind me when the kicking starts? Is it earlier the second time around?

I definitely felt strong flutters at 14w for each of my pregnancies but really low. I believe i saw my first movements from the outside at around 16w
