16 weeks and bleeding

So I’ve posted about this before but I’ve been bleeding since week 7 (currently 16 weeks and 2 days) anyway my bleeding has got worse and they’ve done now two pelvic exams (every time I go in there my bleeding isn’t bad) and an ultrasound - everything came back fine. She suspects cervix. Anyone bleed like this daily during your pregnancy and it be just your cervix??
