I need y’all’s opinions

Let’s keep negativity out of this please. That’s all I’m asking for. I’m turning 24 soon & been having extreme baby fever, I’ve always had it since the age of 13 but lately its been really really bad. When’s the right time, or when do you know when you’re ready to start the process of getting pregnant?
