TTC after Paragard IUD removal.

So I had the Paragard iud. I had it removed on 7/6 which was my ovulation date. You still ovulate on this iud because it’a non horomonal and only stops the egg from fertilizing. My midwife said I could start trying right away & even conceive immediately. Just wanting to know if anyone is in a similar situation? Anyone ever gotten pregnant that quick or does it take a full cycle?? TIA.
