AF is due in 3 days, 12 dpo. My period is very regular, and always starts with light brown discharge that increases in quantity then turns bright red on or about the second day.

Today when I woke up to pee, I saw a couple of bright, reddish small drops go into the toilet. When I wiped, there was a relatively small amount of pink. While part of me wants to think this is AF starting, my period never starts 3 days early and never starts with bright blood! But then got a BFN.

My question is, could this be implantation bleeding at this point - 12 dpo? I felt crampy yesterday, and felt super tired to the point I laid down on my lunch break (also never happens). I’m feeling cautiously optimistic.
