Has anyone in here ever taken femara and gotten pregnant? Little background we've been trying for over 2 and a half years and this is our first time getting medication involved. My husbands semen analysis came back slightly low but not terrible and the shape of the heads were a little off but it's not impossible to conceive. She also said I could have a slight case of pcos even though my periods are almost normal (ranging from 28-32ish days). She did a biopsy from my uterine lining the other day because when she did my ultrasound, she said my uterine lining looked a little thick and she wanted to make sure everything was okay. I'm just wondering what your experiences were with it and what I should expect. I'm also currently trying to lose weight. I've lost 10 so far. If that really has anything to do with it lol. I've already did my cycle day 3 and 21 tests & the normal & she suggested 2-7 cycles of femara before referring me to an actual reproductive Endocrinologist.
