Penis or girl nub?! Helpppp

I have so many confusing photos .. this first one makes me think girl because the nub is straight and parallel to the spine

But this next one I screenshot from the video, has some stacking which make me think boy - but the bottom line is still straight (doesn’t flick up) so it’s still making me think girl but wondering what the stacking is on top?!

And this one she printed to give me as a keepsake and looks totally different

Any nub theory experts out there? I was 12 weeks, 6 days when those were taken!
