Pregnancy Sickness

I’m currently 6w1d, and I have sadly jumped on the “sickness train” :(. I have it in the mornings but then I gag at random stuff during the day. When I cough, smell of dog food (weird), while eating random things like yogurt, bananas?? Is there anything I can do to help myself not be ... miserable at times ?? I know there’s the preggie pops... I had a friend tell me lemonade helped her. I probably should just suck it up lol.
