Should I be concerned?

Im almost 39 weeks pregnant and i just slipped on a toy i almost did a split. Baby now is active and has hiccups

I think baby is fine, hiccups are normal and you must have just woken him up or got him moving

I’m sure you’re ok.  And bravo on being able to pull off “almost splits” at 39 weeks!!!  Just count kicks and go to labor and delivery if anything changes.

As long as you didn’t hit your belly, it’s probably fine. Just count kicks and go on if movement decreases.
