Losing weight, anemic, and pregnant
I’ve lost 15 pounds since I was pregnant. I am currently 12.5 weeks pregnant. Doctor recommended me to eat more red meats and iron rich veggies as my blood was slightly anemic. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to touch red meat and vegetables because I haven’t been able to stand the sight or smell of it. I am starting to get concerned for my health and baby’s health as I am feeling that i am still losing weight and have been eating much poorer. I can currently only stomach fruits and sweets. What can I do to increase my appetite?
