Hair Loss from DRYBAR products?

Has anyone ever experienced hair loss/thinning related to using Drybar shampoo/conditioners?

I recently switched to Drybar full time from Redken, i wash my hair 2 times a week and use the Sake line from drybar. Recently, my hair is just falling out in strands, every time i brush my hair or run my hands through my hair while washing.

I wear my hair up about 16 hours a day, 5/7 days (#EssentialWorkerLife) but i also use a huge scrunchie and switch between a bun, ponytail, and move it in different locations on my head. I curl my hair about 2x a month.

I’m just totally unsure what to do to fix this, i’ve always had some hair loss just from wearing it up so much but never like this!!!
