So I'm all at sorts by my Last Cycle of May 10th I should be around 8 weeks however at my first OB my Dr said that I am way earlier than normal did a transvaginal US and seen only a gestational sac and told me to come back in 2 weeks to check again but stated if I started spotting he would be happy to do another US sooner well yesterday I started spotting lightly some Mild discomfort so I went to my local ER due to the hospital and my OB being 1.5 away I advised the ER what happened on the 2nd so they order blood draw for my HCG which came back at 2052 and my trans VAG US came back with measurements of 5 weeks and 4 days at first look the sac was empty just like before however she moved around and found a fetal pole which is good sign however no heartbeat can be detected. US reading states due to early Gestational Age.

ER doc is having my come in on Saturday to get a repeat HCG test to see if that is doubling.

Now I've never had this spotting and it's not alot it's sometimes brownish and only happens when I do alot of things cooking cleaning walking shopping etc...I will occasionally have mild intermittent cramps but nothing serious... This is my 5th baby and all these symptoms are new I know the more water I drink the less I can spot but what does all this mean?
