I’m on the mini pill at the moment and it’s made me really irregular so I’ve finally gotten to switch to the combination pill. I’m currently 6 days late on my period and should be able to pick up my prescription soon. I know I should probably take it like the first or second day of my period for it to be effective immediately but I don’t know when my periods gonna show up and I only have 5 days left in my pack rn. My question is when I get my new pill should I just start taking it like normal without waiting for my period or should I wait and stick it out. Also if I start the combination could that like force my period to come? I’m so sick of these late periods!
