Should I be concerned?

So this showed up today, and i have no idea what it could be. I tried looking it up but I’m not even sure how to describe it. It’s right on my bikini line, and where it is, there’s a stretch mark, but it’s like the stretch mark just swelled outward. It’s been super itchy lately (which is normal for me after shaving) and I’ve been scratching, but also applying lotion there to relieve the itchiness. I’m also allergic to almost all laundry detergents due to dyes/perfumes in them. Recently we just did a load of laundry and added extra stuff to the load because of stains and where I normally run an extra cycle to make sure it’s washed out, we were in a hurry so I forgot to, so I’m wondering if maybe it’s just irritation or if it’s something more I should be worried about. If it doesnt go down by Monday I’m going to call my OB (I’m currently 32 weeks) and ask her opinion just trying to ease my mind through the weekend
