Is this a high OPK?
I feel really cramp-y but I haven’t had “egg white” CM. Ive only had watery a few days ago and creamy. I also use the Flo app, and according to that, I’ve already ovulated last week but negative opk during that time, still BD just in case. Glow says I’ll be ovulating next week but I know these apps can’t always be 100% correct.. what are your thoughts?
