itchy spots inner thigh

Hi, i’m 16 and shaved (i know it wasn’t done well just did a bit because it grew a lot)

but later on in the afternoon (shaved in morning) i got these? it was a bit uncomfortable walking too and now it’s night

does anybody know what this is? should i be worried and go doctors? thank you😘
