Possible bartholin cyst or scarred tissue

I am 4 weeks PP vaginal delivery. Right after delivery I was very swollen which is normal for most people. The swelling has gone down however ever since delivering I have had a cramping like pain that comes with urination in my vaginal area.

The last two days I noticed a lump going around my labia that is very painful to the touch.

I have read that it could be a bartholin cyst or scarred tissue due to the trauma of delivery.

Has anyone experienced this? If so how did you resolve it?
