Announcing pregnancy after death in the family

What would you do?

My husband’s step father just passed away. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with our first and we have not told any of his family yet we were waiting for the 12 week mark originally.

What do you think is an appropriate amount of time to wait to share our news? My MIL is devastated by her loss. I feel we should give them time to grieve and process.

Anyone else been in this situation?
