I just need help, CD42 no AF

So from what I can tell AF is just not coming but all of my pregmate strips have been negative 👎🏾 tbh not even sure if I ovulated because i got so frustrated and quit tracking. Any insight? I scheduled an a doctors appointment tomorrow to test. Would they induce a period or just send me home to wait as this is the first time?
