When’s The Best Time Of Day To Take An ovulation test ? & How Many Times A Day ?

Answer

Depends on the test you’re using. I use easy @home. When I started, I tested 3 times a day at 11am/3pm/7pm as I was learning my ovulation pattern. Do this for a couple of cycles and then you’ll have a range of cycle days to narrow down and not have to test so much. I would also recommend BD every other day until positive OPK. Once positive OPK, BD that day, the next two days, skip a day and wait to see if AF comes. Look into sperm meets egg plan. 
I also recommend BBT charting as that will help confirm ovulation.
