Does anyone else’s tongue get like this and hurt I’m not sure why it happens I hate it, google said something about it being normal but jeez it hurts & bugs me sometimes when it’s bad

Its could be thrush and herpes , if you have been with anyone they could have it too, you need to see a doctor.
