4 month post partum and I always seem to pee myself by accident like I don't even know that I do and a weird smell coming from down there and yes I shower twice a day  but it still there should I see a doctor?

Hey love, you need to get in touch with a pelvic Physio therapist. They actually check internally to see what’s going on down there. And they are the ones who understand what’s gone on down there and what needs to be done! I swear male doctors are oblivious. 
I have issues with tightness down there after an accident (seatbelt related) that caused me to have accidents because everything was so tight and weak, I would leak whenever i had any Urine and sneezed or coughed. 
Now that I’ve had a baby, it happens a lot more.  And now that I’m pregnant again, I’m peeing myself when I throw up with nausea. 
You have to work on pelvic floor. Speak to the experts!!

Sounds like you need to strengthen your transversus abdominal muscles. Check YouTube for some breathing exercises you can start with to get those muscles working. (One helpful video said when you breathe out, breathe as much out as you can until your abs flexed, because that works all those muscles even down into your pelvic area). If you have access to medical care, see if you can talk to your online to discuss what’s going on so they can discuss with you what you should be doing.

Having the same problem! I had a c-section so I'm not sure why it's happening, but my baby was big. I bought some kegel balls and use them at least 3-5 times a week it's helped so so much! I got them off of Amazon
