I can’t tell if my son has diarrhea or if it’s normal stool for breast fed baby. I also supplement with formula. He’s almost 5 weeks old and I feel like the first 3 weeks of his life his stools were NOT like this. I’ve talked to his doctor about this before and they didn’t seem concerned and says he’s gained a lot of weight for a healthy baby. He doesn’t have a fever and no blood or mucus in his stool. But he continues to have 4 dirty diapers in a day and it’s always very watery. I feel like it’s not normal but everyone is telling me it is. I don’t know what to do at this point.
